Mikhail Grabovski was a professional ice hockey player. He played at the National Hockey League (NHL) for 10 seasons.
Valter Cosenza coached Mikhail Grabovski son and after that they became friends. They have the same mindset about how to develop strong, resilient athletes.
Grabovski was traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for the draft rights to Greg Pateryn and a second-round pick in the 2010 NHL entry draft. As a 25-year-old, Grabovski went on to finish his first full season in Toronto with 20 goals and 48 points, leading all NHL Eastern Conference rookies in scoring.

He focuses on the mental side of sports and works with several professional athletes on the mental side of high-performance sports around the world. Valter Cosenza and Eurico exchanged several experiences about the mental side of athlete preparation. Eurico is also one of Pro Level's partners in helping athletes with the mental side of sports. Eurico Rosa da Silva was a professional jockey. Eurico got his first Canadian Triple Crown win in 2009 when he rode Eye of the Leopard to victory in the Queen's Plate, and won that race again in 2010 aboard Big Red Mike. Among his other successes, in 2016 he won the Woodbine Oaks, riding Neshama. In 2017, he won the Canadian International Stakesriding Bullards Alley. In 2019, he won the Woodbine Mile with El Tormenta. Eurico Rosa da Silva retired at the end of the 2019 racing season having won more than 2,900 races. Six times he was voted the Sovereign Award for Canada's Outstanding Jockey. He received the award for a seventh time in 2019. Eurico Rosa da Silva also has his autobiography titled “Riding for Freedom” an incredible biography that we recommend to everyone who likes sports and overcoming situations in life to read.

Bastian is a great player, great character ! He played for Coach Valter Cosenza for four seasons. He led the team on and off the field. He was the captain because of his great character and great attitude. In 2021, Coach Valter approached Bastian and suggested he change positions. Bastian was a defensive midfielder and, because of his knowledge, the team's need for an experienced left-side defender. Bastian accepted without hesitation, never complaining, and always grateful for the opportunity. In 2024, Bastian was named to the League 1 First All-Star Team as a defender.He was the only player in the league to play every game for four consecutive seasons. Bastian never being suspended for a yellow or red card or being unavailable due to injury. As a defender, this is a memorable achievement. At the end of the 2024 season, coach Valter Cosenza and all the players recognize the great work he did in these 4 seasons leading the group. The group and Coach Valter paying tribute to him in the last match of the season. Recognition and gratitude to Bastian!
